The Salmon Page.-The mission of The Salmon Page is to provide salmon links and news to anyone interested in learning about these magnificent fish.

Watershed Academy-The Watershed Academy is a focal point in EPA’s Office of Water for providing training and information on implementing watershed approaches. The Academy’s self-paced training modules, webcast seminars and live training courses provide current information from national experts across a broad range of watershed topics.

Agricultural Education Division of the Association for Career and Technical Education- The ACTE Agricultural Education Division’s membership base includes agriculture teachers (elementary, secondary, postsecondary, adult), state agricultural education leaders and university agricultural educators. Originating with the Smith-Hughes Act of 1917, this Division’s mission is to prepare students for successful careers and a lifetime of choices in the global agriculture and natural resources systems.

The EMRCD is a not-for-profit, special district 170(c)(1), that solely operates on donations, grants, contracts and special fundraising events. It is governed by a Board of Directors, and quality staff, to ensure all community-based efforts help Merced County.


In accordance with California SB 272, the EMRCD provides a list of “enterprise” systems that are used across multiple departments or that contain information collected about the public and are systems that serve as original sources of data within an agency.
